Job description

At ISATI GLOBAL SOLUTIONS we have a wide variety of opportunities and, therefore, we believe that getting to know us is the first step to finding your ideal project.

We need an engineering profile with experience in aerospace composite materials and processes, specifically for the position of INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER, to join our client's projects in Belgium.

Mission

As an industrialization engineer, your mission is to ensure the industrialization of contracts under development (new contracts, major customer modifications), both in terms of primary parts and assembly.

Roles and responsibilities:

Participate in plateau phases to ensure that the design takes manufacturing constraints into account
Draw up technical documentation in line with standards and production skill centers (manufacturing ranges, BOMs, data sheets, IRR, etc.)
Monitor the 1st production runs in the workshop to validate the selected processes and ensure product fine-tuning, before series production.
Monitor product development by taking into account and incorporating modifications presented to the Configuration Change Board
Meet deadlines, quality, and cost objectives for the product delivery, under specifications.

Requirements

Education:

Industrial engineer, bachelor's degree in mechanics or electro-mechanics, or equivalent experience;
English, and French minimum B2 level (or equivalent): ability to hold discussions with office and production personnel.

Experience and knowledge:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position/environment.
Knowledge of aeronautical manufacturing and assembly processes is an asset.
Basic knowledge of Catia V5 and the SAP production management system.
Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to live in Belgium.
